Stage One is the debut album by dancehall artist Sean Paul. It was released on 28 March 2000. Putting the CD in a CD-ROM drive gives access to the "Haffi Get De Gal Ha (Hot Gal Today)" music video and a link to the 2 Hard Records website, selling over 500,000 copies. Dutty Rock is the second album by reggae/dancehall toaster Sean Paul. It was released on 12 November 2002. It features two U.S. #1 singles, "Get Busy" and Beyoncé's "Baby Boy" which Sean Paul features on. It also features singles "Gimme the Light", "Like Glue" and "I'm Still in Love with You", which all charted in the top 6 on the UK Singles Chart. The album itself reached #2 on the UK Albums Chart, and #9 on the U.S. Billboard 200 albums chart. It is also his first and only album so far to have a Parental Advisory sticker. The album sold 65,000 in its first week and went on to become an international phenomenon, selling over 6 million worldwide, and in the process produced five top fifteen hits on the Hot 100.
The Trinity is the third album by dancehall artist Sean Paul, released in the United States by Atlantic Records on 27 September 2005. The album was preceded by the single "We Be Burnin'," which commenced radio play on 22 August 2005. The music video for the single was directed by Jessy Terrero, who has also directed videos for singles by musicians such as Wisin & Yandel, 50 Cent, Young Jeezy, and Chingy. It was featured on the Black Entertainment Television series Access Granted on 17 August 2005 and premiered online on 18 August 2005 at MTV.com. The single itself has peaked at number two on the UK Singles Chart. It also peaked at number six on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 so far, and seventeen on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop charts. The album topped the Reggae charts on 27 September, selling over 107,000 in its first week, the highest ever reggae debut and single week sales for a reggae artist in SoundScan history. Sean Paul's album The Trinity has been certified platinum in Europe. Since 19 July 2006, the album has sold 1,386,733 units in the U.S. It has also sold around 4,367,750 copies worldwide.
